Profile  - Jonne Ceserani

Jonne is a business facilitator, accredited coach and trainer with over 25 years experience of helping people and organisations to innovate in order to raise personal and business performance.

He does this using a diverse range of tools & techniques. Projects are focused on working with business issues and may be OD, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D or Sales related. The objective is to use real business to get both business results and learning simultaneously while helping to create sustainable new skills for the client.

Jonne is Managing Director of Power and Grace, a company he formed in 2003 in order to work with people and organisations who are interested in improving their capability in the areas of creativity, innovation, leadership, project management and performance improvement.

He brings an unusual mix of approaches to helping people release their ideas in order to create new ways of working. Jonne is an internationally published author on innovation and leadership.

Innovation is applied to all areas of business and as such projects can be focused on any sector, at any level and in any function. All areas of all businesses need ideas, taken to action and owned so that results are obtained.

Previously Jonne was a partner in Synectics Europe for 12 years, an innovation consultancy, and before this spent 12 years as a manager in DuPont UK Ltd.

Jonne has a degree in Management Sciences from UMIST, is a Manchester Business School Alumna, an accredited coach with The Association for Coaching and Fairplace plc, an NLP Master Practitioner and a Fellow of the RSA.
