Hello! My
name is Shane O’Toole Human Resources Consultant/Director for
RESOLVE HR Ltd, a human resources support company based in Stoke on
Trent, England.
My
employment background includes various roles in private and public
sector company’s such as Marks & Spencer, Disney Stores, EDS,
Wolverhampton City
Council,
Birmingham Mental Health NHS Trust, The University of Manchester,
Oxford University, Stoke City Council and Kier Stoke, alongside 21
years experience in the Printing Industry.
Educational
achievements include BA (Hons) Human Resources Management (2:1
classification) and Foundational Scholarship Award for academic
achievements at
Staffordshire University.
I am also an
affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD). Since graduating in July 2000, my HR roles have
included Recruitment/Resource Manager, Personnel Officer/Consultant,
Human Resources Manager, HERA Role Analyst and HR
Consultant/Director.
In February
2005, ‘Shane O’Toole Human Resources Consultancy’ was formed for the
provision of Human Resources services for small and medium size
business, in
particular.
In September 2007, RESOLVE HR Ltd was developed to build on this
success, providing HR advice and support for business’ in all
