PROFILE:

Stuart Graham is a training and development professional with a background in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industries.  He specialises in advising and assisting clients in establishing a customer service culture. This might involve: -

·                    Writing a service strategy

·                    Establishing core values

·                    Setting behavioural standards

·                    Designing & delivering interactive and effective training programmes

·                    Developing a supportive management style and support processes

·                    Undertaking monitoring and measurement techniques.

Stuart has had personnel and operational line management positions within the leisure industry before moving into management and training consultancy.

He has lectured in Eastern Europe on customer service and management issues as part of an EEC funded PHARE programme.

Stuart has particular experience of working with managers and professionals helping them to develop and improve their communication and personal presentation skills.

His training programmes are interesting, involving, interactive and effective.
