PROFILE: Tracey Riley Chartered MCIPD
A customer
focused Human Resources professional with extensive experience at
senior management level, including successful completion of several
restructuring activities within a complex cross-cultural
environment, with a strong reputation for service and delivering
major change in challenging circumstances.
Tracey spent 12
years with a leading Industrial Automation provider, contributing to
restructuring activities, acquisitions, advising on employment law,
harmonising terms and conditions, contracts and policies and
employee relations, leading and implementing projects and running
workshops on issues such as performance management.
In 2003, Tracey set
up a consultancy, providing a full range of generalist HR support to
SME’s, Corporates and individuals, such as:

Managing and supporting HR functions within
manufacturing, automation, and leisure industries, and charitable
organisations; advising on performance management, discipline,
grievance, dismissal, redundancy, TUPE and other reorganisation
activities; defending legal claims; preparing and maintaining
essential employment documentation including contracts of
employment, policies and employee handbooks.

Supporting individuals on benefits, career
progression, dismissal, and redundancy.

Assisting redundant employees at all levels with
career management, from job search to one-to-one consultation, in a
variety of industries, representing a leading outplacement provider.

Regular Advisor on an employment helpline, resolving a
complete range of employment law and HR issues for small to medium
sized businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
